TURRET STEADY-REST HT 95/110

To support long slender work pieces, we offer for the HYPERTURNS a steady-rest mounted on the lower tool turret. The steady-rest can be swiveled to position on demand. Additionally a live center can be mounted at the tool turret, to support shafts while machining.

EMCO CPS PILOT is the virtual EMCO HYPERTURN on the PC. The operator works at an external programming station with an image of the machine in simulated operation. Therefore, NC programs can be planned, programmed, simulated and honed.
