HIGH PRESSURE COOLANT PUMP
- Via a rotary coupling the tools are provided with a coolant (coolant through spindle system) with a 20 or 70 bar high pressure pump.
CHIP CONVEYER
- A hinge type chip conveyor with a dump-height of 1000 mm enables an optimal chip removal. The chip conveyer is suited for dry as well as wet machining.
AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE MEASURING
- The workpieces are automatically measured by an infrared measuring probe that is mounted on the main spindle. Measuring cycles take over the values.
LASER DEVICE FOR PRESETTING, BREAKAGE CHECK AND PROFILE MEASURING TOOLS
- A light barrier mounted on the machine bed scans the tool edges and automatically takes over the values into the tool offset memory for further processing.
AUTOMATIC DOOR
- Automatic door system especially for manual workpiece loading.
